Clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast had great options, especially the biscuits and gravy. Noisy due to thin walls, hard to sleep at night. Enjoyed the games room for some fun during downtime.

The Lodge At Russell has a charming, rustic feel. The location is quiet, perfect for a peaceful night. Rooms were clean with a spacious layout, making it feel comfortable. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered a good variety, with tasty options that catered to different tastes. The outdoor pool looked inviting, but I didn’t have time to enjoy it. However, the room had a stale smell when I first entered, which was off-putting. The parking was conveniently close, but there's no elevator access, which could be an issue for those with heavy luggage. Overall, I felt welcomed but noticed some areas could use refreshing, especially in maintaining a clean scent throughout the room. I’d happily return for the hospitality and breakfast.

The room was clean and had a nice spacious layout, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered an impressive variety, with standout homemade cinnamon rolls and fluffy biscuits and gravy that are hard to find elsewhere. However, being placed next to a dog feeding area resulted in an early morning wake-up call from barking dogs, which disrupted sleep. Additionally, the heating in the room was not turned on upon arrival, leaving us to wait for warmth.

Shower handle needed adjustment for easier temperature control!!! Room door required extra effort to ensure it was fully closed!!! No elevator made for inconvenient access to rooms, especially with luggage!!!
